An enormously sweet wine, very intense, but manages to retain a feeling of structure and shape. Like drinking syrup, it has flavors of sweet apricots and still is able to bring acidity into the balance.

This dark wine spent 15 months in wood, broadening the fruit, giving it ripeness. There is a strong line of tannins here, bringing out a dry core, but the black berry fruits remain very present. The final has spice, pepper and a tang of acidity.

Those cherry fruit flavors so characteristic of St. Laurent just fill the mouth with their lightly spicy edge. Around them, wood polishes the tannins and the acidity and gives the wine an ageworthy character. This is a sophisticated wine, its juicy fruit character in fine harmony with the tannins and wood.

Aged in wood, this is a smoothly ripe wine, the Pinot Noir red fruit flavors rounded with soft vanilla, spice and balancing tannins. The acidity is already showing that this wine is developing well, giving a rich, sweet character. It has great style and will age over 3-4 years.

With wood and bottle aging before release, this is a serious Pinot Noir. But even the extra polish doesn’t diminish the berry fruits and sweet, ripe tannins. The wine has a firm structure, but the juiciness is as important.

A round, smooth wine, creamy wine with a touch of toast and elegant fruit. It is opulent and elegant at the same time, with rich fruit and flavors of honey on the finish.

A solidly structured wine, with a chalky mineral character that promises some good aging potential. This wood-aged Reserve is one of the stars of the Juris winery, a Burgundian Pinot Noir in its richness with elegance, and its tannins. Fruit is there, all red cherries, but is well integrated.
