This wine is a bit rough around the edges, with strong citrus flavors and high acids. It’s very dry and rather tart and astringent, with virtually no residual sugar. Yet it’s clean and refreshing, a minerally, metallic wine that would be good with shellfish.  — S.H.  (11/15/2002)
