This is the leanest and tightest of Kunde’s trio of single-vineyard offerings. It’s laced with citrus flavors, tart and minerally, and it drinks crisply clean and refreshing. The finish is tart and lemony. Try with shellfish, or a grilled trout. —S.H.

Very rich and fruity, stuffed with pear, peach and mango flavors that go on and on. Oak and yielding acids give this Chard a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
