L'Aietta 2003 Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello di Montalcino)
From the tiny garage/winery of Francesco Mulinari comes this easy-going interpretation of Brunello di Montalcino. The wine has cherry and red fruit flavors backed by succulence and a refreshing dose of acidity (despite the hot vintage). We look forward to watching this young winemaker in the future.

L'Aietta 2006 Sangiovese Grosso (Rosso di Montalcino)
Online Exclusive
Francesco Mulinari is among the youngest and smallest wine producers in Montalcino (with a closet-sized winery). Sweet aromas of candied fruit and Maraschino cherry describe this distinctive Rosso di Montalcino. The wine is lean and simple in the mouth with a note of cinnamon spice on the close.
