This gorgeous 70-30 blend of Friulano and Ribolla Gialla is dense and well-concentrated with aromas of mature peach, apricot, honey, toasted almond and exotic fruit. The wine has a soft and supple feel in the mouth and ends with a hint of bitter almond on the close: It’s complex and harmonious overall.

A gorgeous blend of Friulano and Ribolla Gialla, this dense and rich white would pair with crab or lobster. It opens with creamy tones of stone fruit and citrus mousse, followed by slight touches of spice and vanilla.

There’s a strong element of smoke and ash here backed by mature fruit and exotic spice. This is a distinctive and unique wine (made from a 60-40 blend of Schioppettino and Refosco) thanks to those unmistakable mineral and herbal elements. It’s tart, fresh and slightly tannic in the mouth.

There’s a toasted-nutty note at the forefront of wild berries, blue flowers and almond skin. This wine also has a vertical lift or natural buoyancy that adds to a general sense of intensity and purity. It’s delicate and balanced with pretty notes of blue flower on the close.

Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla give this wine attractive floral aromas and full flavors of tropical fruits (lychees?), while the Sauvignon Blanc in the blend provides grapefruity notes that perfectly balance the effusiveness of the other varieties.
