Le Grand Vallat 2009 Le Domaine Red (Ventoux)

Shows a bit of struck match character on the nose, but nothing that a quick splash decanting won’t solve. Once past that, this 50-50 blend of Grenache and Syrah displays a lively mix of herbs and cherries, supple tannins and a long, easygoing finish.
