Leaping Lizard 2004 Zinfandel (Sonoma County)

$12
What a great success. It brings to mind that old saying, less is more. This a wonderfully balanced wine with tons of Zinny flavor. Wild black, blue and red berries, sweet cocoa, root beer and all kinds of dusty Asian spices spread over the palate, leading to a dry, satisfying aftertaste. Buy this one by the case.

Leaping Lizard 2008 Sauvignon Blanc (Napa Valley)

$13
Easily earns its high score for the dryness, mouthwatering acidity and classic Sauvignon Blanc flavors. Waves of Meyer lemons, ripe limes, sweet hay, green apples, vanilla, honeysuckle and spices wash over the palate, ending in a firm minerality.

Leaping Lizard 2003 Chardonnay (Napa Valley)

One of the better values out there right now, this Chard features flavors of juicy yellow peach, green apple and pineapple, with a touch of spicy, vanilla-tinged oak, housed in a soft, creamy texture.
