Low yields, wild yeasts, Dijon clones—this wine is the total package. Better yet, it tastes great, with sweet toasty scents rolling into flavors featuring roasted nuts and caramel candy popcorn. Smooth, flavorful, forward and bursting with fruit.

This is an oaky, mouthfilling wine which retains enough vibrant fruit and leesy creaminess to compensate for all the new wood. Big, juicy and balanced, it’s nicely put together.
