A nice straw/pale yellow color, the nose on this wine is subdued, with hints of grain, lime and slate, but the palate perks up with plenty of citrus flavor leaning toward lime. Balanced, with a smooth feel and tiny bubbles, this delicious sparkler will instigate caviar dreams.

Smells like a decent Champagne—chalk dust and toast scents waft from the glass. And why shouldn't it? It's a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, medium-weight, maybe a bit heavy on the dosage, but finishing with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, backed by chalky minerality.
