Dense and concentrated, this is certainly a wine for aging, powered by minerality and taut structure. This is a fine wine, the green fruits and pear flavors surrounding toast and acidity, while vanilla rounds the wine at the end.

A rounded wine, with a counterpoint of apple skin texture, the fruit flavors offering acidity as well as green plums. The texture is plush, velvet, delicious.
