The crisp lime and straw aromas of this Galician white are right on target. Tangy citrus and green apple flavors tickle the tongue atop a refreshing, even bracing mouthfeel. Finishing long with stony notes, this is a perfect shellfish wine. If you haven’t yet tried an Albariño, what are you waiting for? —M.M.

Fairly grassy, with aromas of applesauce and wildflowers. A palate of lemon-lime, apple and grapefruit shows medium-weight intensity, while the finish is fairly sizable, with a lasting note of buttered toast (despite no oak).
