This wine develops slowly in the mouth, providing a finely structured, rich and elegant character. There’s a round white-fruit flavor that’s shot through with taut acidity. With its tight finish, it could age a few more months.

Has grapefruit, lychee, tangerine, earth and vanilla aromas. Unctuous and very extracted, with huge, sweet citrus and peach fruit; rich and ripe, but it drinks dry. Very steely and elegant. A big wine that will age.

Starts off with bright grapefruit and vanilla scents, leading to ripe, citrusy flavors. Notable for its fine, soft texture. Has a hard, mineral component in the finish that adds complexity.

Fairly dry as Alsace Gewürz goes these days, with a leaner, tighter mouthfeel and less flamboyant aromas than many. Pear and melon flavors finish with a peppery edge.
