This is finely proportioned, with intense fruit flavors laced with spice, acidity and a mineral texture. Made using grapes from a single vineyard, it is concentrated, with a depth of intense flavor. For aging over 3–4 years. Screwcap.

Still closed up when tasted in June 2011, but showing great promise. It has weight, with vanilla and spice flavors to complement the rich apricot, pear and lime notes. They will give an impressive, full wine in a year. Screwcap.

Very mineral in style, but quite warm, with a lime and final grapefruit core. Fresh in character, but at the same time it is concentrated, and could age for a couple of years.

A crisp, tight, beautifully clean wine, very fresh, with apple skin characters to go with its lively acidity. While it is not for aging, it certainly packs a great glass of delicious fruit.
