Michlits 2005 Frizzante Rosé Pinot Noir (Burgenland)

This medium-salmon-hued rosé does show some earthy, sous-bois Pinot Noir character on the nose, then adds savory, meaty flavors. The mouthfeel is creamy, the end result not terribly refreshing but complex and worth a try.
