Smooth, clean and succulent, with a pretty, rich color. The base grape is all Syrah, and the result is zesty and flavor-packed. It’s a punchy wine with deep raspberry and nectarine flavors, and among Chilean rosé wines it is in a class by itself.

Ruby-pink in color, with sweet aromas of cotton candy but also cherry, raspberry and strawberry. This is a departure from previous vintages of Cherub, which were drier and paler in color. This is more wild and ripe, but it’s nicely textured and full-bodied as rosés go. Very good for Chile, but we like our rosés a little more subtle and less sweet.
