Napa Cellars 1998 Chardonnay (Napa Valley)

Grapefruit and melons, but also a plastic, almost banana pudding side to the nose. The palate has some dull grapefruit and plenty of tang. Overall it seems almost like a Sauvignon Blanc, but as a Chardonnay it seems lacking varietal correctness and style.
