Delicious. Although it’s packed with tropical fruit and vanilla honey flavors, the finish is thoroughly dry, and an undergirding of minerals accentuates the crispness. Only 91 cases produced.

This vineyard is far better known for Pinot Noir, although Failla has excelled with its Chardonnay. Novy’s 2010 isn’t particularly like Chardonnay. Too floral. Could almost be Viognier. Yet it’s a fine wine, crisp and rich in orange, lime and honeysuckle flavors.
