Very light, actually nearly translucent. Aromatics of caramel and butter lead into a super-sweet palate with plenty of vanilla and caramel flavors. The texture is creamy and there’s ample woody character along with toasted nuts on the finish. It’s quite sweet, yet structured.  — M.S.  (7/1/2002)
