For those unfamiliar with Arneis, it’s a little like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio, with citrus, apple and kiwi flavors. It’s also high in acidity and dry, making it ideal as a cocktail sipper with savory small appetizers.

Nice and whistle-clean in acidity, with a sleek minerality, this wine has ripe flavors of pineapples, nectarines and crisp green apples. It tastes a little sweet because it’s so fruity. Try with southeast Asian fare.
