A crisp, cool style of Shiraz—if you think “eucalyptus” equals “medicinal,” this probably isn’t your cup of tea. But there’s a lot to like about this wine’s gumtree, black pepper and blackberry aromas, and the way that its earth-clay feel steals the show on the palate.
