An excellent wine for drinking now. It’s dry and fruity, with a meaty, fleshy texture housing flavors of blackberries, cherries, herbs and oak. Fine enough to drink with a good steak.

Made in the modern, ripe California stlyle, this Chardonnay offers immediately appealing flavors of pineapple jam, peach, lime, kiwi and vanilla oak. It’s balanced with crisp acidity. Ready now for sheer richness.

The oak stands out, giving this Pinot a vanilla, caramel and buttered cinnamon toast dominance over the underlying cherry jam fruit. Although the texture is nice and silky, the wine itself feels simple, especially at this price.

A fruity-oaky and rather simple Pinot Noir. Offers plenty of upfront cherry-berry and cola fruit, with a kiss of oak, wrapped into a silky texture.

The vineyard is a good one, and the underlying wine is rich in pineapples, green apples, lemons and limes, brightened with brisk acidity. However, the oak is heavy-handed.

Rich, semi-sweet and heavy, this wine opens with a swampy undertow that competes with the blackberries. Tastes pretty good, though, with ripe berries, cherries and spices.
