Struck flint and vegetable oil give this wine a decidedly unfruity style, instead suggesting liquid stone, with just hints of peachy ripeness. Yet the wine is powerfully built, finishing oily, rich and dry.

Attractive citrus and struck flint aromas give way to ripe apple and pineapple flavors on the palate, where the wine is medium bodied and pleasantly plump. Finishes long, briny and with just a touch of sweetness.

Thick and rich but not overly sweet, with an almost burnt edge to the caramelized sweet corn notes. Comes across as a bit chunky and lacking length, but still a nice drop.
