Dry and dusty, with an aromatic note of white pepper. The palate is fruity and sweet, but it’s also got some complexity going for it. The flavors are well blended and the grapefruit notes are ripe and sweet rather than tart. And the finish is pleasantly dry, with licorice notes.

Extremely apple-like on the nose—like fresh Golden Delicious, but with some floral notes mingled in as well. Lightweight and refreshing, this is a good palate primer for the holidays.

EDITOR: SCHACH'S NOTE DOES NOT LIST "Frizzante" Light and apple-driven, and clean. The flavors are like lime lollipops and orange juice, which may sound unappealing but that’s not the case. The wine tastes good, but ultimately it’s rather simple and basic. But if you like a fresh bubbly with some candied sweetness and decent balance, you get that here.
