Solidly in the Rosenblum style, a soft, high-alcohol wine, low in acids and tannins, high in the deliciousness factor. Like a dessert in a glass, it shows flavors of blackberry and cherry pie filling and melted chocolate, drizzled with licorice syrup, then sprinkled with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Miraculously, the wine is dry.

Soft and fruity-sweet, with ripe, crushed blackberries, cherries and black rasperries, dusted with confectioner’s sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Drink now.
