Flavors of hazelnuts and quince go with fresh balanced toast and yeast. The wine practically floats across the palate, leaving a light, fresh feel. This is a great apéritif wine.

A selection from Serge Mathieu’s best parcels, this wine has full, ripe fruit, layers of green grapefruit flavors and white currants. It has good depth, finishing with fine toast and acidity at the end, just missing a higher mark because of its unbalanced dosage.
