While this Chardonnay is packed with ripe pineapple, pear and tropical fruit and has decent acidity, it’s awkwardly sugary and raw. Tastes like Chinese sweet and sour sauce. The fruit is good, but the wine needs to be drier.  — S.H.  (9/1/2011)
