Toasted marshmallows, cream cheese, baked apple and licorice on the nose lead into a mallowy, cardboard-woody palate with a hint of black berry flavor. Finishes short, with toasty-chalky sweetness.

Smells a little funky, with a raw meat note floating on top of the blackberry and cherry aromas. Turns extremely dry and tannic in the mouth; it may mellow out in a year or two.
