Spring Vale 2005 Gewürztraminer (Tasmania)
Online Exclusive
Price
$35
Plump and a bit sweet, this is a rare example of Australian Gewürztraminer. Smells honeyed yet floral, boasting scents of apples and orange blossom, then offers flavors of ripe apples and a touch of peach, underscored by intense citrus. Long and crisp on the finish. Drink now.

Spring Vale 2005 Pinot Noir (Tasmania)
Online Exclusive
Price
$55
A relatively lush, fruit-forward, modern-style wine that wouldn't be out of place in a lineup of California Pinots. There are hints of graham cracker or pastry crust on the nose to go with oodles of blueberry fruit, and the creamy mouthfeel and supple tannins are just right. Not that complex, but definitely satisfying.
