Talmage 2006 Mariah Vineyard Syrah (Mendocino Ridge)

Dark, bone dry and enormously full-bodied, with deep flavors of blackberries, currants, pomegranates, dried leather, bacon, molasses, black pepper and dark bitter chocolate, framed in hard tannins.
