Tamar Ridge 2004 Riesling (Tasmania)
-
$20
A classically-styled Australian Riesling, Tamar Ridge's 2004 offers plenty of mineral and lime scents, wrapped around a lean, crisp, racy structure and steely flavors of green apples and lime. Long and piquant on the finish, yet surprisingly elegant at the same time. Drink now, although it should easily hold another five years or so.

Tamar Ridge 2004 Sauvignon Blanc (Tasmania)

$20
Ultra fresh, with bright aromas of passion fruit, citrus, cucumber, bell pepper and blanched asparagus. Then comes the fruit, which falls squarely into the tangy grapefruit realm, with notes of lime and pineapple. Razor sharp and wholesome. Imported by Robert Whale Selections Inc.
