Terra Sávia 2006 Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay (Mendocino)

A bit rough and scoury in texture, but otherwise this dry sparkling wine has rich, complex flavors of citrus fruits, strawberries, brioche and vanilla. Shows fine Mendocino acidity that makes it finish brisk and clean.
