From the land of old-vine Zinfandel, this one pours out more concentration than its price would suggest. It’s rich on the palate and offers ripe black cherry at the core. Smoke, vanilla and licorice flavors follow suit, though it’s somewhat bitter on the end. Still, at this price, Windmill Zin shines brightly.
