Yoakim Bridge 2002 Syrah (Dry Creek Valley)
Price
$34
From central Dry Creek Valley, this single-vineyard wine got a lot of afternoon sun, and you can taste the warm, wild blackberry flavors. Complexed with coffee and sweet smoky oak, and very dry, this wine will be perfect with roast pork.

Yoakim Bridge 1999 Zinfandel (Dry Creek Valley)
Price
$25
Pretty aromas of rose petal, dust and vanilla cover deeper ones of wild berries, clove and allspice. Drinks very briary and luscious, with blackberry and black-rasberry flavors and rich, earthy tannins. This dry, supple wine is classic Zin.

Yoakim Bridge 2002 Zinfandel (Dry Creek Valley)
Price
$30
This richly textured Zin comes from old vines off the estate, in the warmer, upper part of the valley. It’s ripe, with suggestions of raisins, but it’s not overripe or hot. In fact, it’s a chewy wine long in cherries and pepper.

Yoakim Bridge 2001 Zinfandel (Dry Creek Valley)
Price
$26
Toasty rich aromas sally forth here, while the bright raspberry, plum, vanilla, toast and spice flavors follow nicely. It’s a little short on the finish, but the wine is quite pleasing nonetheless.
